Children's Ministry
 
Our mission is to supplement the family in its efforts to lay a spiritual foundation that will lead every child into a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Sunday School
Welcome to Sunday School at Faith UMC!
Children ages 3- Grades 5 are invited to participate in Sunday school during both the 9:00 a.m. and the 10:30 a.m. services.  All children will start the morning in church with their families and will be excused to Sunday School following the Children's Moment.

Nursery Care
9:00am
Infant and toddler care available for children under the age of 3.
10:30 am
Infant and toddler care available for children under the age of 3.

Children's Music:
Angel Choir (Preschool - Kindergarten) -  The Angel Choir is open to all children in preschool and kindergarten.  This group rehearses at 10 a.m. and performs on the 2nd Sunday of each month throughout the school year.

Faith on Fire (1st - 5th Grades) -  Faith on Fire is open to all children in grades 1-5.  This group rehearses at 10 a.m. and performs throughout the year.

Inviting Team
The inviting team is open to all children in grades 4 and 5.  The inviting team is responsible for greeting families and children when they arrive on Sunday mornings and directing new families to the appropriate classrooms and resources.

Fellowship Groups for Children:
Fellowship Groups meet Wednesday nights during the school year as a part of our church wide Outlet evening.  Outlet begins on Wednesday, September 15th at 6:00 p.m.  There is something for the whole family, so come and get plugged in!   
  • Kids for Christ - A fellowship group for K - 2nd graders offers a Bible story, crafts and games.  Leaders:  Becky Ittig & Laura Scott

             

  •  Kids in Action - A  weekly fellowship group for 3rd- 5th graders.   The purpose of this group is to build friendships and make connections through fun games, activities and community outreach projects.    Leader:  Kim Kurtz

Acolyte Program:
The Acolyte program is open to all children in grades 3 through 5. Acolytes light alter candles before each service and extinguish them at the end.
