Our vision at Faith UMC is to see every age level involved in outreach both within and outside the church in ways that fulfill God's will and Jesus' commandment to be His helping hands in the world.
Habitat for Humanity Garage Sale
September 24 and 25, 2010
8:30 an - 4 pm Friday and
Saturday 8:30 - 2 pm
We need: items to sell and volunteers to help. Talk with your neighbors and friends and invite them to donate items and to come shop! The funds raised will again go to offset costs involved in helping Habitat build homes. These homes are built entirely by volunteers and sold to deserving families at cost with a zero interest loan. These families earn less than 50 percent of the median income and must contribute 500 hours of “sweat equity” on the construction of their home.
