Habitat for Humanity home building projects is just one way we do so here at Faith Church. Building one home at a time, we are helping give families a "hand up" not a hand out. Our C2Build coalition continues to support the building activity of four Habitat units in the Issaquah Highlands. We have a build day the third Saturday of each month. No experience is necessary and it's a great opportunity to work alongside other volunteers and future homeowners as we erect these homes.
For those of you wishing to help in another way there is an annual Habitat breakfast fundraiser to be held on April 28th at the Bellevue Hyatt hotel. Its a chance to have a great breakfast, meet Habitat (future) homeowners and other Habitat supporters, and hear a terrific speaker. A number of Faith members attend this event each year.
