Electronic Giving

The Finance Team has been working with the Marketing Team to research and implement an online giving system. We realize that fewer people today are using cash and checks for their financial transactions. As a result, we realize that we have an opportunity to expand giving opportunities. This is not about credit-card giving which could lead members into debt. Many companies offer “debit only” giving that eliminates this worry and presents a chance to overcome giving obstacles. We decided to work with Vanco Services, an established and highly-regarded company that moves funds directly from church members to the church on the same day without any delay. Vanco processes contributions for more than 10,000 churches and nonprofit organizations and has been endorsed by the Methodist General Council on Finance and Administration.

Your giving is an act of worship and makes possible the ministry of changing lives, transforming communities and renewing the church.  In addition to offerings given through the offering plate, there are three ways to give:

• Online -  Faith Church has hired a company called Vanco and they have an online system for one-time or recurring debit or credit card contributions.

• Electronic Funds Transfer - EFT allows consistent amounts to be drawn directly regularly from your banking account.  This option allows you to give as a regular priority and it also reduces the processing expense for the church.  To get started with EFT, you can complete an online form and select the EFT option. If you are new to EFT, you will be asked to submit a voided check. For additional information please contact the office at 425-392-0123 ext. 2. We will also have printed forms in the office that you can fill out if you would prefer.
